    Kit Weng Yip is an investment banker with around thirty years of experience in corporate finance across South-East Asia. His senior roles have included Executive Director of Nomura Securities Malaysia, Deputy Group Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at Affin Hwang Investment Bank, and Director of RHB Investment Bank and CIMB Investment Bank in Malaysia. He currently serves as an independent non-executive director of several Malaysian companies, including Supermax Corporation and Euro Holdings on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia and Privasia Technology on its ACE Market. A graduate of the University of Western Australia, he is a Fellow of CPA Australia and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, and serves on the CPA Australia Malaysia Divisional Council.
