The group

One engineering capability deployed across multiple markets.

InFocus Group Holdings Limited is an ASX-listed Australian technology group. We build AI-native, mission-critical software for our own ventures and enterprise clients across fintech, iGaming, payments, retail data and government. Our work includes secure payment systems, low-latency platforms, real-time data and software designed for regulated environments.

Our advantage is a senior engineering capability with experience taking complex systems from design through to production. We combine AI-assisted development with expertise in security, compliance, data and performance, allowing us to deliver sophisticated software efficiently and reliably.

That capability is shared across the group. Each business applies it alongside its own domain expertise — whether in payments and low-latency systems, iGaming compliance or retail data. Technology, infrastructure and knowledge can be reused across the portfolio while each business remains focused on its own customers and market.

Operating across multiple markets gives the group several paths to growth and reduces its reliance on any one sector. The common thread is the engineering capability behind them.

Our businesses

Onify

Mission-critical software engineering

Onify is the group's engineering core and its largest revenue-generating business — and the origin of the shared capability the whole group draws on. It builds custom platforms, AI systems, data engineering and systems integration for global enterprises: the mission-critical, high-assurance work most vendors will not take on.

Its clients include Chubb, the global insurer; Thai Union, the world's largest producer of shelf-stable seafood; Hertz; and The Mall Group and Paragon, operators of Thailand's premier shopping centres. The group has also delivered national infrastructure for the Thai government, modernising social-security systems from mainframe to web.

Onify sells that capability directly to enterprises; the group's other three businesses put it to work in markets of their own. That is why InFocus can enter a regulated market with a finished platform instead of a plan.

InFocus Gaming Technologies

iGaming technology

Home of Codexa, a cloud-native, white-label iGaming platform licensed to operators.

Codexa is engineered for compliance across many of the world's gaming regulatory regimes — including Curaçao, Anjouan, Malta, Canada and the North American sweepstakes model — so an operator that licenses it can deploy in the regions it chooses. North American commercial launch is set for late 2026, into a sweepstakes segment where operators generated an estimated US$3.4 billion in net revenue in 2024, and from there into a global online gaming market worth US$88 billion in 2025 and forecast to more than double within the decade.

Codexa is not a licensed skin on someone else's stack. It ships with a proprietary RNG engine, blockchain-verified game fairness, an AI player concierge, and an AI-driven commercial and compliance backend that automates AML and KYC for every operator who licenses it. The group is applying for a number of patents pertaining to these unique proprietary product features.

Content and payments integrate the industry's tier-one suppliers — Evolution, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Ezugi and CQ9, aggregated via Hub88, with payments through Pay.io.

InFocus Analytics

Retail and grocery price intelligence

Australia's most comprehensive commercial view of grocery pricing — a live national dataset that the country's largest grocers buy to watch the market, delivered as enterprise datasets and weekly competitive intelligence.

Its clients are the retailers themselves: Coles, Woolworths, ALDI, Metcash, IGA, The Good Grocer, Petbarn and Australian Liquor Merchants.

Its consumer platform, Frugl, puts the same data directly in shoppers' hands and was recognised by the ACCC in its 2025 Supermarkets Inquiry — the kind of validation a pricing dataset cannot buy and almost never receives.

InFocus Digital Ventures

Digital assets

Established in 2025 with Mythos Group, an Asia-Pacific digital-asset house. Digital Ventures holds Bitcoin directly and through the Monochrome Bitcoin ETF.

It gives the group a balance-sheet position in the asset class its engineering already serves.

Operating model

Build · Deploy · Compound

Build

A shared engineering core serves the whole portfolio, and each business adds its own domain expertise on top — cross-woven so capability compounds across the group rather than sitting in one place. Bringing the group's software practices under that single core, AI-native, was the most consequential decision we took in 2026.

Deploy

We fund against evidence. A venture is capitalised when there is a paying customer or a regulated path to one, and it is built to carry its own economics. We are equally deliberate about exits.

Compound

Every build leaves infrastructure behind — a compliance engine, a data pipeline, a payments rail — that the next one starts from. Codexa exists because the group had already built payments, identity and data infrastructure for someone else. The cost of entering our next market is lower than the cost of entering the last. That is by design.
